The plans are built from the recipes in Tender Bites, so the recipe book is where you'll find the step-by-step method, video and MyFitnessPal barcode for every meal. If you've got Tender Bites, you're all set.
Which calorie target should I pick?
If you're not sure, use the free calorie calculator on the site to find your number, then go to that plan. You can move up or down a target any time.
What if I don't fancy one of the meals?
Easy. Swap it for another day's meal at the same target, or any Tender Bites recipe with similar macros. The plan's a map, not a cage.
Do I have to cook every single day?
Nope. Loads of the meals batch, and weekends run on your leftovers or whatever you fancy, so you're not chained to the kitchen. Monday to Friday is the bit that's mapped for you.
